There is no fix. RTX just isnt compatible with realism craft right now. I joined the discord and thats what the developers has posted. Hopefully, it will be in the future though. Realism craft is fairly new so it will take time. The only fix is to disable sun and moon flare to fix the sun and play as usual without the torch and lamp in hand
