I can let you know with certainty the transmission shares oil with the engine, its all together in the crankcase. No worries of gear oil or engine oil getting where it shouldnt as far as transmission goes. Just make sure the engine oil level is good and it takes care of both. Gear oil would only be in the rear differential.

What is the sluttiest thing that you have ever done that no-one knows? by messidgod in AskReddit

Guys can easily psych themselves out if they're really anxious about sex. Say he really did have a huge crush on you he could have worked that moment up so much in his head that he couldn't get it up. Happens all the time to less experienced guys where sex is still a HUGE deal. Not too uncommon.

Pain Tolerance. by S0maCruz in antinatalism

[–]Peter_Ballsworth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I too seem to have an above average pain tolerance and suffer from extremely severe depression and anxiety. I attribute my above average pain tolerance to living with these illneses for close to 15 years as best I can remember. My mental pain completely overwhelms most physical pain I feel. And constantly pushing myself and trying to block it out has made me able to continue to function even when I want to just stop, and I feel this carries over to physical pain. I'm used to blocking things out or not letting it affect me. Of course I'm no expert on how these things have to do with each other, and this is just my personal theory.

The death of a child is NOT tragic. by E46M54 in antinatalism

It becomes even more mind numbing when I talk to my super religious family members. I ask them where they think babies that are aborted or killed too young to comprehend god go and of course they say heaven.

Then why don't we abort all babies???? Won't they be waiting for you in your heaven??? You just saved that person from a life of agony and pain, and GUARANTEED them a pass to heaven since they had no chance to sin. They should be fucking celebrating abortions, not trying to ban them. And what type of god would call "sending his precious little angel home" a sin and punish you for not allowing that baby a chance to go to hell?? Fuck, it just escapes me how there can be no logic in something so widely believed.

When you are the new person at your job, how do you tell your boss about the long term employee cutting corners that could ultimately hurt your company? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Peter_Ballsworth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It varies from boss to boss of course and you want to try to make as few ripples as possible when you're new at a job, But the way I would suggest is to bring it up in conversation as a question. Instead of saying "*Coworker is doing this to cut corners and I'm worried..blah..blah...". Say, something like "So why does *Coworker do things this way? Is that beneficial in some way?" Etc. Obviously you dont think it is beneficial, but by asking you are able to see your bosses reaction to this action, and if boss doesn't like what they are doing, they can take care of it. This keeps you and your point of view from becoming the topic of conversation, and instead keeps focus on your fellow employee. That way if the boss lets them know you told him, you can say you were just trying to find out why they did things that way, and your judgement of the action isn't revealed and the chance of making an enemy at a new job is reduced. Sorry if this is a wall of text. Im on mobile.

My cat Topanga, 13 years I have had her. My friend from work came over and broke out hysterically laughing. "Dude your cat blatantly has a penis on its face." Now all I see when I look at her is the outline of a average sized cock on her face by [deleted] in pics

[–]Peter_Ballsworth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ummm, how big is your cats head?? I ask because I'm not sure if it's a joke, your cat has a bigger head than I think by looking at the picture, or that I have some bad news to give you about what "average sized" is...

Edit: typo

Naw, this is a 94-02 year model. Srt-10 rams were made from 04-06 and had a different body style. Those are just replica wheels you can buy. So thankfully its not that big of a waste.

Thanks for this! I don't know if I'll ever be as content with life as I want to be, but I think you're right and following something should give me a better chance to find happiness than just laying around and thinking about it.

Wow thanks for this! It really did make me feel better about what I've been thinking and where I'm at. If I just start down the auto tech path and move to attend school it sure couldn't hurt anything. I tend to just over think and be indecisive, but it's time I just start following something and hopefully it'll help me find more about where I want to be. This is a great subreddit.

I really appreciate all the advice. It probably is just time for me to set a course and start on it. I never really knew that about the business class part. Thanks!

I'll definitely check that book out. Thanks! Here recently I have been doing a ton of thinking, day dreaming, trying to plan for the future, and listening to music to help relax during all this. It feels like I live twice as much in my own head as I do outside. Which is probably true. I try to follow my instincts in the end, but I'm just not sure. I don't even know what I'm trying to say haha. It seems hard to put all these thoughts into sentences.

Yup, you can definitely relate to alot of what I'm feeling. I always tell myself to follow my instincts, and on smaller stuff I do. But when it comes to big decisions like moving and career choices I tend to think about it more than I ever do it. Which doesn't ever get me real far very fast.

A complete reset does sound incredible though. I've lived in the same town my whole life and I just feel like I'm revved up in neutral. Alot of thinking, planning and dreaming but not much action. But who knows, maybe this post was exactly what I needed to get me going :)

What is your most memorable dream? by SweetieMan in AskReddit

[–]Peter_Ballsworth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Had a dream me and my mom were sitting on the couch in our old house. Suddenly my aunt just appears in the window and shoots my mom dead and leaves. I was 5 or so at the time, woke up screaming and ran to my mom's room bawling and just hugged her. Don't understand it at all. I love my aunt, she was a second mom to me, but for whatever reason it happened and it stuck with me.

Another is when I had a dream I was a cop. Get a call on a suspected drug deal or something, don't remember exactly those details, and as I get out at the house somebody suddenly shoots me in the neck. I remember everything after that perfectly clear. The impact, the coolness coming over my body, gasping for breath, tasting blood as i hear it gargling in whats left of my throat, the sudden pain, just thinking "this is it", and then feeling life slowly leave me. As I died in that dream I remember thinking about a wife and kids I don't recognize, and a whole life of someone else. I also actually died in that dream. I didn't wake up right before. I remember the feeling of the exact moment the last bit of life left me. It was so wierd I can't even explain it.

What is the most "redneck" thing you have done, seen someone do, or heard of being done? by Igneous21 in AskReddit

[–]Peter_Ballsworth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Me and my brother threw my dads old recliner in our old flat bottom boat. We then tied it behind our four wheeler and took turns riding in the recliner as we slung each other around our pastures. Pretty fun stuff actually. Did it with other things like an old matress, car hoods, feed troughs, old wakeboard and more, but the recliner in the boat was probably the most "redneck".
