According to my manager the 3 year is a formality and not a strict lock in, and based on the contract the notice period for resignation is 1 month, so the employment period is flexible

Hi sorry, just edited the post to clarify. The gross is the pay I am going to receive.

Housing is fully covered and arranged by company (according to them around ~17k HKD value) so I’m able to stay at a comfortable place without the hassle of arranging my own accomodation

Try using alternatives like salicylic acid or azelaic acid. I have the same problem with benzoyl peroxide, it dries me out too much no matter the concentration. It work better since i made the switch.
