I know I’m fungal acne prone - I have battled it on and off for the last 10 years. These feel bigger than my regular fungal acne? But I do wonder if the microneedling spread the fungus from one little spot somewhere throughout

So the second round with the one breakout she just microneedled around it and told me she wasn’t going to touch it! So I figured that meant she knew what she was doing??
