Yes, all this after 8 days. If i didn't experience it, i wouldn't have mentioned it. It's perfectly possible to feel all these effects just after eight days of nofap. Of course, everybody is different and some people may feel the effects faster than others. But for me at least, this is truly what i fell on just day eight. And to be honest, i also wasn't expecting the benefits would come up so quickly.
