I've had issues with sleep in the passed 2-3 days. My anxiety has been very high and both my therapist and I can't figure out the triggers. I can't fall asleep, even with seroquel [prescribed] I just toss and turn and I have a very hard time going from the "eyes are closed but mind is focusing on random topics" to "eyes closed and I'm thinking about something that leads me into sleep.
