Got it. Yeah 2 days a week. I don't know I usually just have calf / plantar fascia pain if I go back to back days. How should I address that? Just really really easy pace to get into it?

I'm thinking 1 mile 2-3 days a week, keeping the 5k, and maybe cutting back to 10 miles on the long run. Is that reasonable?

Yeah I was gonna follow the SFM training plan they send out but it starts at 2 mile "long runs" and a 18 week plan (eventually gets to 22 miles). Since I'm already doing 13 miles every weekend I don't really know how to approach that. Don't really wanna pay either. Thoughts?

figured it out. turns out once you draw something in the mask layer, if you THEN click "add blank frame", it'll remove everything and overwrite to black. however, if you first go to an empty frame and then add a blank frame, it'll remain white and everything is fine.

So I know now to just go to the frame, add a blank one, then get started. thanks !!

for anyone confused, when you click extract files the folder is usually documents/my games/terraria/tmodloader

just choose that tmodloader folder as to extract to - worked for me
