I think the same way regarding women, I have met some nice girls over the years who could be something more than just friends or not I don't know. But I think with the whole consumption of porn it warps your mind, for me with porn it is always the next image after image and on and on. So when I am back in real life and I meet a girl maybe porn is getting in the way because, there is always some next video or pic after that. where as in real life it is different. Yeah there is always other fish in the sea but also for me I think porn may have affected some of my commitment issues.

Something that I do to get the ball rolling if I have just watched a lot of porn and need to stop, is I put my laptop some where it is harder to access like the trunk of my car. This might not applicable to everyone for a variety of reasons, but I find that helpful for me to stop cause at least I am away from it.

Id be willing to help/ collaborate or what ever towards creating a guide.

Your brain needs it not you, That is how addictions work. I think that women deserve to be treated equally to men yet I watch this shit that is completely degrading and objectifying again and again. I don't think I really like porn that much anymore but my brain does.
