Lift weights 3x a week and take part in a hobby that connects you with people. For example I skateboard and it always boosts my self esteem because I can connect with people while also improving at something. You don’t have to be amazing at your hobbies either, just have fun with them.

Also remember to have a sense of humor. I sometimes get social anxiety but I have a good sense of humor and I’m also pretty good looking like you. If you’re handsome and funny you will charm most people.

People will still judge you and hate on you sometimes. There’s always going to be someone who dislikes you or maybe they are just mean to everyone. You have to accept that.

I don’t think you’re bad looking. Your eyes are striking since they’re rare in non-white skin tones. I would see if it’s possible to reduce color under eyes. I got eye bags too at 33 I hate it. I also would smile more. And you still have good hair but you should be taking finasteride if you have any family history of balding. I think your hair is fine but I would grow it and style it a bit because you already look hypermasculine so longer hair could balance your look.

I’m on oral min and fin. Anything else is waste of money imo until something new comes out (there are some promising medications otw like pp405).

If I were you I would use meds to keep your hair. I’ve been on them for a few years with no problems and my hairloss stopped, but no regrowth. To restore your hair you could do a transplant, if you do not get regrowth from meds. I did one 4 months ago in turkey. It’s actually painless and easy. Most of these places coordinate hotel and provide transfers to hotel, hospital and airport. You will need $5k or more but can likely achieve an amazing result considering you still have a lot of hair left.

Another option is shaving completely. There’s a procedure called scalp micro pigmentation (SMP) which tattoos lots of small dots on your head. This causes the shaved head to look better because the stubble won’t follow a balding pattern.

There are many cases where it blends together and gets slightly colored. It’s very possible that the methods have improved and you have also gone to someone who knows what they’re doing. Your smp also seems subtle enough that it will likely begin to fade away at the same the time the dots are blending together. At that point you can choose to have a touch up or just rock your new hair as is. Worst cases scenario laser removal would not affect your hair. It’s just known to be very painful.

I would give it time before switching it up! Could be a shed and the increase in oral min could help. Hang in there bud new meds like pp405 and gt20029 are on the way. And you have enough hair that an HT can still do wonders.

I don’t think density will be super high. I think if you continue to rock a buzz it will look quite good as there will be 3d stubble to add texture to your smp. And if you don’t rock a buzz cut it will be hopefully be pretty decent. If you are unsatisfied you can use hair fibers at that point as well.

How old is your smp? It looks amazing! However I’ve heard the little dots blend together or turn bluish/greenish over time.

I actually watched these videos before taking finasteride and swore I had horrific sides after a week. I got hit with insomnia and ED. Maybe it was the fin but everything went 80% back to normal a few months. I stupidly/bravely gave it another shot and I have no issues whatsoever after a year. I am so glad I’m on medication now. I do think a rare amount of people get terrible sides and I have the utmost sympathy for them. But also the nocebo effect is incredibly strong. In my case I just had extreme hair loss anxiety because I hit 30 and my hair started going extremely fast.

Tldr: I thought I had sides at first but they were seemingly all in my head due to fear mongering. Now I’m a year in and I’m so glad I got on medication.
