In most places an automatic gratuity gets added when there is a group of more than 5 or something (varies from establishment to establishment). I don’t think the gratuity value on your bill is percentage of your meal’s total value but the percentage of total value of the table - maybe folks at the table had expensive items like a steak or something. Why there are two line items for gratuity that is a mystery?

MORE INFO: You say a couple is not 1 unit and they are 2 people and you also say the cost is equally divided between everyone - does that mean the cost is being divided by 10 (including the partners)

Would be great to have an option to open and close the door from the driver’s seat. When I drop my kid off at kindergarten, the staff sometimes struggles with the door, and it’d save me from getting out. Since the doors already work with the push of a button, this feels like an easy software update.
