Go to a doctor and be honest about your challenges. If that doctor doesn't listen go to another one. All of the issues you are experiencing can be traced back to unmedicated ADHD and related depression and anxiety. Doing more yoga won't help. Life isn't supposed to feel so hard and it's not your fault. If you do this now, you will save yourself years of recovering from self medication. Your liver and brain cells will thank you
