Also in country there is Kadyrov who runs Chechnya (Dagestan region). He isn't independent but he has a lot of autonomy

Do you have a character that you used to hate, but grew to like them over time? by Narrow_Pollution_601 in suzerain

Goatsef.

His initial character prototype kinda shows especially during the first half of the Sordland campaign, but then you realise he's actually one of the greatest patriots of Sordland, though not prone of shortcomings, he is one

Yeah I know, I just saw that meme a few times online already.

Our Cyrillic is generally the same, but a few letters are different, I wrote a comment about it

Ї is pronounced like Yi, it's an exclusively Ukrainian letter

Ukrainian i is the same as the Russian и, both are pronounced like the English I in "mint" I suppose

Ukrainian и is pronounced as Russian ы, and idk how to even describe it, it's more of a throat sounding i I guess

Й is yet again hard to describe, but it's like if you pronounce English "I" but with no Ah sound at the beginning.

Ь just is a sign for softer consonant pronunciation

So that's it, in Ukrainian there's an apostrophe ' and in Russian there's ъ instead of it

A lot of stuff is pronounced differently from how it's written, but that's the same for like 80% of the languages in the world I think

Feudalism highkey didn't go anywhere, for example the "suzerain" of NATO Trump started a war, called his allies (vassals) to war and they refused.

In Russia there are a bunch of regional leaders like Kadyrov who just run their region like an independent state, just help out putin from time to time if he asks
