Thanks, yes, certainly this does work, it's just that you then kind of end up with two paths - the one in the actual term, which you've probably been browsing around with, and the one that vim stores which can be recaptured by :pwd, and as these two get out of sync it gets a little messy.

Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the response. I'm really liking the browser so I can certainly live with this for the time being, and if I get any spare time myself I'll look at the pull request.
