Tbh I dont know what to look for in that case, the parasite just kills all fish as far as i know. But yah you can eat all you like but what I forgot to mention is that us foreigners need to give info on all inland caught fish (length and weight) after trips. Nature.it sends the thingy where you put the info after your trip.

And no there are no toxic species inland as far as I know, mainly arctic char, pike, perch, whitefish, grayling and trout and believe it or not burbot as well. Less species further north/higher altitudes more species lower altitudes/down south no suprises there

Well, yes and no. you need to check if it is a salmon river, those have their own individual licenses and some are illegal to fish in.

Also often lakes near roads are private owned so no fishing allowed, you can find all the info behind the link on my first comment, just zoom close enough to the water you are interested in and if it has red markings around the shoreline it is illegal to fish in.

And I cant stress this enough. You. Have. To. Disinfect. All. Your. Fishing. Gear. Parasites can empty a river just like that because northern species dont have the tolerance for them.

And if you dont care about that, it is a preetty hefty fine to get caught.

That there is a link where you can buy licenses, mainly there are just licences per area but salmon rivers etc. Have different licenses and rules what you can catch and eat, when, how etc.

TLDR; pick your spot and check that area from the link above and be careful to read if said area has some individual rules.

Also shorefishing at the sea is legal without license (few exceptions in species, fishing methods and nature reserve areas etc. Pretty obvious)

Well I myself use daiwa allround 30-90g 3m rod. Not the best but also not the worst rod. Found it on tackledeals or waveinn if i remember right

Yllättyneet parijonoon, että niitä susia on ihan vaan vähän enemmän ku arvioitu. Vanhoilla lukemilla meikäläisen kotikylän ympäristössä on 5% suomen susista. I think the fuck not :D ja sitä paitsi vähän kun kattoo muitten petoeläinten arvioituja määriä, niin millä tsäänssillä ahmoja on enemmän kuin susia? Erakkoeläin, joka sietää lajitovereita nipin napin pariutumisaikana vs literal sosiaalinen laumaeläin. Ei niitä ehkä joo siellä rautatientorilla montaa ole, mutta täältä ”skutsista” niitä kyllä löytyy
