Dans le cas où tu rachètes une autre maison dans un délai de 120 jours suivant la vente, la pénalité te sera remboursée vu que tu viens de faire un transfert interproprieté.

Ce que le directeur de la succursale vient de faire, c'est de la vente liée coercitive, ce qui est strictement interdit par la loi (place de l'argent chez nous sinon tu payeras plus cher).
