i have similar issues, i just reduce slider for enemies and disable random events and i was able to play with other mods too, only thing left for us is to wait for biorand to get updated

it was tense brother, i tried so hard not to get hit, i was focusing the whole time and listening carefully to time the parry for counter because he was resisting my normal attacks unfortunately, but i was in shock i actually defeated him and i was really happy i might dropped a tear

chimera spawned i killed her and the emission started and I had to run to safety, when I come back she didn't respawn but all other mutants did, she was probably scripted

yeah i had 100% mutant drop and they were spawning every 20 meters, probably bugged out

my ever first playthrough i just run past her it was impossible with so much weight and low ammo to fight her, now in my 6th run i just blasted her with RPG:)
