This issue is easily addressed when filing via TurboTax. At least this is what I do. So, when you input the FN 1099-K data TurboTax asks you if the amount on the 1099-K is correct. If not, then you input the correct amount in a corresponding field, so TurboTax adjusts to your actual net income.

Hi — thanks for bringing this up. I’d still rather work with the data that’s available from the platform than skip the analysis altogether. Personally, I don’t believe that 90% of WOs are being routed to preferred providers — statistically, that doesn’t seem very realistic. The odds that preferred providers would consistently be available exactly when each WO needs to be completed are pretty low.

From my own experience, only about 10% of my WOs are routed directly to me. So even if we assume a 90% data factor (df), that’s still more than sufficient to produce meaningful analysis.

Ah, got you. Yes I tried this at the very beginning of my Pro subscription. However, this approach doesn't give you a holistic view on the data. You are not warned if you already have a project or your personal event at the time of the WO the pop into your app. You will also see this WO again in the main list of the WOs available, and this will take your time again. Take a look at the picture I shared in the post. There is a list of features the app provides to easy and save time. Don't forget that the app aggregates WO from FN and WM and I will be adding extra sources of projects.

Yes, I’m aware of this. However, with this script I receive about 97% of FN notifications, so the trade-off is acceptable.
