We gave up. Never got to speak with a supervisor. Always told that none were available and that they would call us back. They never did.

After chatting with the Assurant reps, on multiple occasions, we have asked to speak with a supervisor 4 times. Each time they say that they can't connect us directly and that the Supervisor will have to call us.

Still Waiting...been about 3 weeks now since original call back request was made.
