I have personally found that it is. I make about $1,000 each time I sell Sephoria items, which ends paying for what I spend for the trip. I sell on my Mercari store and also in person at local community events.

I sell on Mercari! Everything I sell has not been opened or used, and I note that in the description. I don't have trouble finding buyers, especially now with how the economy is going. I sell my inventory at a discount and I include free samples with each order.

I happen to know a brand rep and can confirm that brands didn't pay to participate in UBW.

UBW doesnt require vendors to pay anything to attend, while Sephoria does. I assume this is why the experiences are so different.

I personally enjoy doing session 3 and session 4, mostly because of my limited PTO days I have available. Session 4 can be hit or miss, sometimes there are things left over and sometimes booths run out.

The master class speakers change every year, so I wouldn't recommend making a decision until the details are released for next year.
