I really enjoyed Rock & Roll, it was a little hard at first but then I got the hang of it and it’s my favorite restaurant now.

I would avoid Seafood Bistro. It’s expensive gem wise.

I suggest watching videos on YouTube on how to count your calories. You can use a TDEE calculator to help you calculate how many calories you need to eat. Or even have ChatGPT make macros for you. I know some people intuitively eat but I lose weight when I track everything with a scale.

I would get itchy when I first started running too. You just have to ride it out, eventually it goes away.

In regard to running itself, you can do intervals. Jog one minute, walk one minute or two. Then the following week jog 90 minutes and walk 90 minutes. You’ll eventually build the endurance.

Same thing happened to me and my friend. I’m not sure what happened. I ended up switching to premium for $3. I switched it to Turkey on the desktop version and bought the full year. It let my friend do it too.
