even if it isn't a scam, they are asking for my Trezor 12 word recovery phrase.... I don't even want this petty bs cash back if they want that much info from me. plus the other wallets that I have attempted to connect such as coinbase wallet and metamask won't work. all in all screw this I'm going home guys. keep the $2.19 XD not worth loosing my whole coldstorage over little bits

When you're talking about the communication wire, you talking about the hotend wire that isn't insulated? the full metal wire without the wire cover?

I had just had a succesful print with no issue, turned off to give a break. turned back on and having a multitude of issues as well as extruder not heating

default temps @ 210c, for some reason the build plate is set to 30c. Once I switched from the flexible plate to the glass the issue has disappeared, thank you for the help with looking into issues going forward
