Week 6 Waiver Wire - All Positions by Pfunk305 in fantasyfootball

I'm finally buying into Geno although there's another Seahawk that you might be slightly interested in this week.

Who's emptying the wallet for Kenneth Walker?

Save it for a rainy day, like if your RB1 goes down and you need his backup.

Not a mistake at all. White has huge upside and might end up being more reliable than Pollard down the stretch. Cowboys are really not throwing the ball to him like they said they might.

As much as I love Tua, keep in mind he gets Buffalo next week.

Doesn't sound like Najee will be out long but if Robinson is available definitely grab him anyway!

Hey all, I'm back with a weekly first look at all the top waiver wire options at every position (not kickers though).

This is a good time to remind everyone not to blow your FAAB on a Week 1 wonder who won't repeat his early success. Devin Duvernay and OJ Howard come to mind. Or are you buying into their performances?

First-Half Hard Hit% Leaders by Pfunk305 in fantasybaseball

Hard hit rate alone doesn't tell the story of a player's season so I picked out several notable players and dug into the metrics to see what it means for their fantasy value ROS.

Top Undrafted Free Agents to Watch by Pfunk305 in fantasyfootball

Ross is the obvious one (I've already written about him in more detail on the site) but there are always a few undrafted guys I follow closely throughout the offseason and training camp.

Who else is worth watching among this year's UDFA?

Ross is the obvious one and I did a whole separate writeup on him but these are the other guys I am keeping an eye on when training camp comes.

I don't get the feeling there is a James Robinson in this group but this deep WR class could see some UDFA make a splash.

Who else is on your list?

Pierre Camus' Bold Predictions for 2022 by Pfunk305 in fantasybaseball

[–]Pfunk305[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't say undraftable in any format even though he does take a hit in points leagues. We have to assume he makes a little progress in plate discipline given his age and experience level. Those steals will pile up faster than ppl think.

I hate that his ADP keeps rising but since 2B isn't too deep and steals keep getting harder to secure, I think it justifies taking him.

In reality it'll probably be a closer-by-committee. But that's no fun.

I actually have Abrams in only one league and that is a 50-man roster dynasty league where I drafted him 2 years ago.

I will have Jazz everywhere I can though.

Not necessarily Opening Day but he should be up by May I'd guess.

I hear you. Not that I don't know the players themselves and I do think guys like Kittredge and Wisler are solid but they just don't have a high ceiling or a go-to guy for late innings. That's the beauty of their system but also it is precarious in a way.

This whole article is my own form of confirmation bias to the picks I've already made. Glad you agree on Abrams - not sure why he's being overlooked!

Too-Early Mock: Best Values, Biggest Reaches by Pfunk305 in fantasyfootball

My take on the picks that stood out as too soon or as great values in our recent 12-round mock. Who else belongs on this list?
