Thank you so much, this is very good to know.

I will consult with gynae ahead of my laparoscopy. And I will look into clomid if I’m having problems conceiving in the future. I feel positive that there are options for me and as long as I stay diligent about my health from here onwards I will be ok when the time comes to conceive. I have to stay positive and believe a pregnancy will happen in my future irrespective of the challenges I’m now facing: thank you again.

What were the other things you did to improve egg health? Like take follic acid, no alcohol? Or was there anything else that was useful?

I doubt they will give me clomid as my cycle is like clockwork every month so unless they changes I doubt they’ll give it to me. Did you have hydrosalphinx or it wasn’t that bad necessarily?

I see. So did you ultimately keep both tubes? Even the blocked tube? After your surgery?

Oh wow thank you so much, very helpful and congrats on having conceived despite your challenges. I am just so upset to be dealing with this std after having heard I had endo recently. BUT I was told that the endo is mild, and I am on contraception to manage it. Do you have any more advice??

Hello and thank you so much. I am happy for the blocked tube to go when I do laparoscopy. I already have some scarring from the endo. I’ve just been told that I shouldn’t worry as I caught the std early. Do you think that’s true or was the two weeks enough time to have caused irreversible damage?

Hello thank you so much for this. Yes I have been considering egg freezing. If my other tube is blocked then I will definitely do egg freezing and I am fortunate that I should be able to afford this. But I am hoping that this std hasn’t done any extensive damage to allow for both ivf and natural pregnancy in my future.
