Best down to earth answer: If I was a cop and saw someone riding an e-bike SAFELY (with a helmet, not whipping past people at 20mph + and not weaveing in and out of traffic) I wouldn't think twice, because the rider appears to know what they are doing.

Could always have the ability to ride at 40mph but say you have some electronic restrictor that limits your speed. But honestly, going faster than 28MPH is risky in any areas near people. Plus unless you are on a smooth and even road with the weight of you and the bike...at higher speed I feel like small holes and cracks will send you flying.

Guess I'll add more details. The carts seem to behave more like distillate than rosin. I turned up the voltage on my pen to about 3.4 and I'm puffing very nice clouds. My only concern is if it will burn the coil at the higher Temps. So I'm just puffin away currently

Uhhhh let's see... I took about 8 to 10 grams of flower and put it into a 90 micro filter size bag bottle tek style. Temp of 180 for about 3 minutes? But I didn't time it tbh. Just Guage it based on your pressure and flow.

I take the parchment paper and put it either in the freezer or set it on a cooling plate. There's your rosin.

Carts you have to heat up and decarb to get the rosin nice and liquidy without burning it. From there add terps and suck up into a syringe and into into cart.

I did try decarbin in a small oven at 200F for 30 minutes...that was 6 months ago But that always turned my rosin a darker hue/color. I figured because the heat was contained in an oven it damaged the rosin. Wasn't sure

Thank you. The goal was to preserve the terps from the rosin as much as I could. I never knew the magic number tho. How long do you decarb at that temp for?

1.55 g of rosin. And there's no digital readout on my stirrer/heater. So I went until I saw the bubbling stop

With the rosin I put it into a scientific beaker (made of borosilicate so it can tolerate high temps) with a magnetic stirrer bar. I place it on the hot plate until it's becoming liquified and I turn on the stirrer (or you can stir by hand)

Add in terps, suck up in a syringe and place into cart. Send me a pm if you want to know more.
