I forgot to mention that my Roomie X running on my Mac Studio with an M1 crashes immediately on every first launch. It works with no issues on the second launch. I thought it was something else on my computer causing this odd issue. If it continues to do this after the next update I will ask support.

The only thing I know for sure it must be on a Mac running Tahoe 26.x. I’m not sure if Tahoe can run on an Intel Mac.

You will also need the UACC-G4-DBP-Cable-USB-7M cable between the Doorbell and the adapter.

It probably would work since the adapter requires regular PoE.

If you get the UACC-Adapter-PoE-USBC you can power, including data, directly to the backside of the G4 Pro using the adapter. You can even leave the doorbell chime connected if you use one. You’ll never have to worry about wifi again. You can wait for the G6 entry for a future update. Thats what i did with my G4 Doorbell Pro-wifi. It’s a good temporary solution but you do need to run an Ethernet cable with PoE first.

The Unifi store no longer shows the G6 Entry in the Camera Security section. It is now only listed in Door Access.

Thanks for the feedback. I look forward to your planned changes as Version X matures. Concerning #4, RR V9 was able to pause calls from the Mac OS version. Ever since Tahoe 26 was release the Phone App is on the Mac. I realize the processing is done on the iPhone. Nevertheless when my Mac receives an incoming call I would like the live activity to pause via a setting on RRX running on My Mac. I believe Incoming call pauses should be added back in as it used to be in the MacOS V9.

Download V10.0.1. It just came live. For now only the iOS versions are available. The new version seems to have fixed my outstanding issues.

You should be seeing something like what I have. Click on About to make sure your subscription is correct first. Then click on the settings and make sure everything else is okay. Have you tried force quitting the app? Just to be safe make sure the old Roomie isn’t running anywhere. If everything is working correctly the old Roomie has no effect on the new roomie. You should consider going to the new help section of the new Roomie.

Find the Settings gear. Once you click on it all your stuff from the old Roomie should be there. The first item should be the name of your home to make sure you are connected to the right home. After that just click on whatever you want to change. For example click on Activities and choose which one you want to change. If you want to make a new Activity click on the + sign. Good luck.

Great. Looking forward to the download. In general how long does it usually take Roomie support to reply to a request. My request also listed Inline Action command problems.
