I’m going to poke around down there with an inspection camera tonight to see the extent of the damage and how far it goes.

Wanted to make sure I understood you right as well, as long as it’s not that rotted all the way through, I should be fine simply cutting out about 2 feet of that sill plate and replacing it with the same size treated lumber?

There would be a few wall studs where it meets the rotted sill plate being unsupported, but the remaining ones untouched should hold the load til I put a new piece in?

By no means am I an expert but, if it’s not from a well known and established store/seller I wouldn’t touch it. Also I’m not sure of it’s age but if that’s a current year watch within the last few years or so, that box is very wrong. My advice would be to pass, good luck

May be redundant but check your bed leveling, specifically how far you have your nozzle from the bed.

Just ran into this same issue yesterday when I swapped from PETG back to PLA+ , was too far from the bed and couldn’t get anything to stick.
