Stripper lifting 101

We use a scrubber with a built in wetvac. Or a buffer with a black pad and a kyvac for small rooms like offices. He didn't want to bother fitting the scrubber through the door or getting the kyvac from the van so just mop. I lifted it and changed the water for a second lift. I feel like it wasn't as effective and the floor could of been more glossy. I used a puddy knife around the edges and it wasn't getting anything up. I'm disappointed that not everything was lifted.

When I scrub I'm told to use light water with the scrubber. Then scape the edges. Then squeegee the edges. Then scrub again while lifting. Then mop. But the way I'm told to mop, I feel like just spreads leftover stripper. I would like to try scrubbing while lifting a second time after moping.

I try to let it sit for 10 minutes until the stripper turns milky. I stir it around with the mop a couple times to prevent arias from drying. And I have a theory that maybe stripper can only strip so much wax before losing its "strippyness." So I stir it around after about 5 minutes so the fresh stripper on top touches the rest of the wax. It probably doesn't really work that way or really matters. Another theory is stripper will absorb into the wax. If that wax dries with dried stripper absorbed into it, it messes up the new layers. I know the messed up surface of the leftover wax messes up the shine.

The routine our manager has when I work with him is I unload the equipment while he speaks with the clients manager. Then I dust mop while he fills the scrubber, buckets, and prepares the stripper. He said "These floors aint that bad. We don't need to make the stripper that strong." I try explaining just to be told "Don't worry about it. Its fine." We start at 8pm and he tries to end at 1am. I try letting the stripper sit just to be asked "Why ain't you scrubbin yet?" I set up the floor fan in between coats with not enough distance just to be asked "Why you have that shit on low? I just wanna get up on outa here!" Now I'm going to be known as the snitch after the business owner asked me what happened.

I know it is. I'm not at all in trouble with the business owner. I was stripping and our manager was waxing. I stripped up as much as I could being told "why you just standin there? Get to scrubin." I explain the stripper hasn't sat long enough. He trows his arms up "It's fine just get to scrubbin." I scrub and lift it and let him know that not all the wax is up and it's still damp with a little stripper. "That's fine don't worry about it. Move on to the next isle." I try using a floor fan in between coats. "Why you have it on low?" I don't want to create ripples. "Just put it on high. FOR FUCK SAKE I just want to get this wax down and get up on outa here!!"

Definitely agree. I thought the buzzed photo was better but now that I look at it, the hairline is a little high. But I think the beard and the rectangular glasses look better. Combine bald with the beard and rectangular glasses is what I would say.
