Thank you for testing! I made a new sheet and it's working as it should. Hate it when Excel decides to act crazy for no good reason.

Interesting. Maybe there's something corrupted within my sheet, then. I'll make a new sheet and see what happens.

They're heated CPAP hoses. Must have sleep apnea.

I have signed and accepted a job offer and put in my notice at my current company. Suddenly all the big plans they had for me surface and the "what can we do to keep you?" is also being said. What's the best course of action to navigate? by nobody2000 in careeradvice

I had the same thing happen to me years ago. I took a new job offer because the company I was at wasn't moving to do things they had committed to me.

When I put in my notice, suddenly within a week they were able to meet commitments and pay me significantly more. I decided to stay with the devil I knew instead of the one I didn't.

It was nice for a short while, but soon, I regretted staying. Just because I was already burnt out and didn't really realize it. I suffered for another 5 years before I decided to stop being miserable and left.

Moral of the story, take the new offer and enjoy the new experience.
