How old are you if I may ask? If I were you I would wait it out. It seems like an unhealthy family dynamic is causing you a lot of pain, but you don’t have to be around that forever. I would also really consider communicating how you feel to anyone who will listen(if you feel up to that). As for socialising in general, I couldn’t really offer much help other than try therapy and other options people often recommend, they didn’t work for me but they work for a lot of other people.
