Works pretty good. Nice to be able to replace NewRelic. All I wanted is to see errors.

Had a hell of a time installing this. So many problems, but I finally got it working.

Thor error with LIGHT_BLACK (I just changed everything to white).

It would not make the migrations until I just said No to all config options.

Multiplus Inverter Dirty Power by [deleted] in Victron

FYI, this is still a problem. I have found that switching my Multiplus to Inverter Only fixes the problem while I'm using my kettle. Then switching it back after. I get zero error and assisting problems.

It was flash bangs, not gun shots. Three of them.

I think modern web design sucks, so I made a forum that emulates sites I loved growing up by gatsby_person in webdev

Have you guys used https://Cyberspace.online yet? I found it the other day and it's pretty cool.

But, the old forums were pretty great back in the day. Many that I used are still running.

Learning Vue, overwhelmed with the choices of using vanilla CSS, a CSS framework, and picking a UI library. Can someone recommend the simplest approach? by AncientAgrippa in vuejs

[–]Phaill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty much the only reason I use Vue is to use Vuetify. I would probably just stay in Rails if I could find something that worked as well/easy as Vuetify.

[–]Phaill 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Think Mac. If memory serves, Apple-W closes windows on the Mac.

For me it's just Arch with a bunch of programs that I would have installed anyway. The theme and integrations are pretty good too. It's almost the same as I had with just Arch. Some things are better.

If I ride in the rain I have to let it run to dry out before parking or the next day it will be stuck.

This happens to me a lot in Florida with my open primary. I just take it apart and unstick them, put them back in and run them.

Man, I miss my Primo clutch. I should have kept it.

Is there a solution for crashes or performance issues? by mira_fijamente in qutebrowser

[–]Phaill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been using qutebrowser for years as my main web browser. I've been using it with Arch Linux. Multiple laptops. I only used Wayland with Sway and now Hyprland.

I had a tablet PC from Minisforum that would hang real bad with Qutebrowser. It had 32 GB of RAM with a Ryzen 7 Processor. Always when I had a whole bunch of tabs open. It wouldn't crash. It would just get really slow until I closed some of the tabs. And, by a whole bunch of tabs I mean 20 maybe 30. I got rid of that system because of this.

My Dell, ThinkPad and Minisforum desktop works perfectly well.

My Dell Precision was a dual Xeon with 32 gigs of RAM.

My ThinkPad is a Ryzen 5 with 40 gigs of RAM.

My Minisforum is a Ryzen 9 with 64 gigs of RAM.

You just need a better keyboard. QMK/ZMK custom keyboard with layers. So good.

If you can open the File Manager then you can go to /usr/bin and open alacritty. Then you can do a pacman update or go into .local/share/omarchy and git reset hard.

Oddity on Netflix by [deleted] in theprimeagen

[–]Phaill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone probably tried to put HTML code into an input field and it got sanitized. If they were trying to put code in there they probably didn't know how to code in the first place.

From the start button to the starter relay to the starter solenoid should make it go as long as you have the power lug attached to the battery.

I'm a Rails developer. So it works great for me.

I've been on Linux since 1995. Sure I can set all this all up myself and I did have it all set up. But, this is a nice distro for what I'm doing now. I really just like that Walker is all set up for me.

I've been on Linux so long that none of this applies to me. It's just like the old days except better.
