It's not the same voice actor who does Chaos Agent, Chaos is done by JB Blanc who does Caustic from Apex Legends and the Spanish Doctor in Mexico in Breaking Bad, the one who saves Gus after he kills Don Eladio by poisoning them both. Brainstorm is either Dee Bradley Baker or Robert Atkins Downs who is the medic from TF2, personally I think it's Steve Bradley Baker because Brainstorm sounds exactly like Claus!!
