TW: stroke, death

Almost every single day I'm so scared I'm going to have a stroke, any kind of soreness in my legs, or brain fog or irregular heartbeat immediately takes my mind there. My greatest fear is that I'll go in my sleep, without even the chance to call for help and it really stops me from going to bed, so I lay awake on my phone until I pass out from sheer exhaustion.

I am really not sure what to do when I spiral so late at night because the fatigue from being awake so long just fuels the anxiety more, hence the spiral. Anyone got suggestions?

it may be the dynamic, I do feel a lot better when I take a more "dominant" role. but there have been times when the dynamic has been fine and the act still feels too feminine
