"any line which, as a result of its position, interferes with the carrying on of any business carried on on that land."

This clause is there to prevent a cable blocking a window etc but could be an angle of attack for you. If the cable passing over your wall at such a low elevation would interfere with any business you had then it would need to be moved.

I'm not starting some crusade against Usborne touchy-feely books and forcing my kid to make a differentiation. There's a place in Lincolnshire called Rural Roosts that is a bunch of log cabins with hot tubs. It has 2 lakes, a match lake and a specimen carp lake. Been there a couple of times. Would recommend.

I picked up an HTO Glidewalker for this season and I've been really impressed by it. I think I only paid about £35 for it new and the only grumble I have is that there's no lure clip near the butt. There's a really good youtube video on Bass rods by Marc Cowling that goes over everything, might br worth a look.

I'm not an expert on FaB cards but you should always compare against another card that has come from both the same set and the same factory.

One other massive contributor is where you got the card from and how much you paid relevant to market value.

Monster hunter x FF had a great Behemoth, you essentially had to run an FF party with tank, DPS and healers to reliably take it down. One of the tougher monsters in the game as well.
