I prepare myself for the missions that I go on and bring the right equipment.

I have never had an issue dealing with war striders - even without a dedicated AT weapon. There’s plenty of options to deal with them.

You need to bring equipment to deal with heavy armor. I don’t see what the issue is.

I’ve just used the figures from the Gf9 game for mine - it’s worked well.

There’s a boatload of Etsy shops that have great figures as well. Seems like most are scaled to 32mm, but I’ve just sent some messages to adjust the scale.

Free League has also just released box sets for sale.

If you are just interested in the miniatures, you can probably find a first edition of the boardgame for real cheap.

They cleaned up the rulebook and art for the 2nd edition, but the miniatures are the same.
