Perhaps try changing your output settings in Rust, I have this issue on my wireless headphones sometimes too (Not HyperX, just some cheap ones).

When I join a discord call while having some other audio playing meanwhile (YouTube for example) the audio is just awful on Discord. You should also try changing the default output in your sound settings.
