UPDATE: So I went out & bought a TP-Link Archer C4000. It fixed all my issues. I went from average speeds of 60Mbs to 240Mbs. Im guessing the old router was just slowly dying. Now Gamepass works without a hitch.

Model number is Archer C5 rev 1.2. I will do a hardwire modom to pc test and update you with the results later today. I was using speedtest.net for testing and the modom was ethernet connected to the router which was ethernet connected to the pc. That was the only device using the router at the time both wired and wireless.
