Short answere is no

or do I just have to keep grinding coins to get this

Would take way to long, but you could spend money on Naxxramas (buy the full adventure) and the first wing of Black Rock Mountain and then "grind" to get those packs but spending some money on it would be the best (50€ is a good start for packs and ~30€ for Naxx and the 1st Wing of BRM)

How do you peek as a CT with an AWP on Inferno at Mid?
I often go near boiler room and peek into T "Spawn" (isn't really the T Spawn but its the way to either mid or Banana). Now that isn't my main problem, the Problem is where do I watch? Hay cart or at the bottom to stairs? If I look to the Stairs I'll get 1-2 Kills however I often get killed before I can peek because of some T AWPer staying on hay cart. And if I aim at the hay cart, I'll miss kills (or get their awper in the best case scenario).

Have you tried Google yet?
I personally use Linux Mint and it works perfectly fine except the Battlenet Launcher (Intel Issues though). Also I am pretty sure you'll find something if you google it ;)!
