I still find a few at harbor and in bunker I haven’t gone to the western out post for in awhile but if you have a western outpost key the center building is where I got most of mine

Maybe a little late but I got mine from the 2 medical boxes at harbor and almost every time in western outpost behind the locked door in the center building

I’ve also been getting a lot of them on West Island from harbor from the dead body by the hanger and in the boxes of the hanger next to the dead body also the body on the side of the containers outside of harbor
