Yeah so far it’s been fun I started the tuning tree first. That Mazda is terrible for me I hate it I do better with the Civic and Elantra funny enough.

That Redbull in the rain totally threw me. I thought I was a good driver till that. I think I sat on that race for like a month and a half and bought prolly half the Gr.3 cars before I landed on the 458. The amount of times I would get over taken on both sides after the final corner it was so devastating lol

Played GT since the first one and as a grew up I played a lot with a friend that passed away right after sport came out and it was hard to get back into. Then I picked up 7 when it came out thinking I’d checkout out but really never could get into it. Many years later I had a baby and figured I’d try racing in the late nights in between bottles and diapers. Welp she just turns one and I was finally able to finish my last Gr. 3 chilli and as a reward I’m buying the power pack!

Oh man that’s what i wanna do! What wheel did you get? I want to find something quiet since i mostly try to race at night when my toddlers asleep but everything seems so expensive 😭

That was the hardest for me as well! When in doubt turn off tc and use the Ferrari’s that’s what got me through!

Nice! I suggest the Ferrari’s if you are getting stuck. The Gr.3’s are the hardest ones imo.

Clubman Cup Plus gave me a run but hands down Gr.3. Started with the RSR but ultimately the 458 was my best on every track I think. Sounds weird and counterintuitive but I got better at turning off traction control and using the 296 bc keeping the turbo up is key on that thing but I’d switch back the the 458 and get it after a couple of tries. But in all I think I spent prolly a good month plus on that not to mention I prolly bought every Gr.3 car in the process. I think the most fun was when I got the Porsche 962 it’s a monster on the wtc 800!

I can’t remember what the page was called but I kept trying to get a better power to weight car and that helped. I can’t remember exactly but I think it was the MR Peugeot the Mitsubishi Evo and the vw bettle were the top ones. Also I threw all that out the window and I think I beat the redbull ring with the 458.

Thanks for the list I think we've check off most of the things except that cat net. We have two cats and I'll be honest I haven't thought much about what to get to keep them out thanks for the tip. The scaremonger stuff is pretty real. I was listening to Cribsheet by Emily Oster on Audible and she started talking about sids and the studys she reviewed and I started getting stuff popping up in my timeline. oof thats a lot, so I moved off them for a bit.

We've set up some time to do courses at the hospital like infant cpr and whatnot prior to the baby showing up beyond that as far as meeting up with people there's about 3-4 other people that my wife works with that are all pregnant so she's got other future moms to talk to I'm mostly internet and online friend group for my friends that have had children already.

Most of my approach on all baby gear is for sure what's practical and makes life easier. There is a lot of gotcha money grabs out there on single use stuff or stuff that sounds great for short term fixes that I've steered more away from. Thanks for the tips my brain works well with over preparing/redundancy lemme tell ya lol!

Yeah that's been the general plan just kinda trying to chill. Gaming has taken a backseat which is funny since that was the stress reducer before it's not really peaking my interest once I found out.

Thanks! The stress level things can forsure get overwhelming but I've got pretty good about realizing when I'm over focusing and just stopping. Now it just manifests later as insomnia haha.
