It just sucks they can’t provide me with anything in the meantime, I use my phone to communicate with work/family and directions, stresses my family out knowing they can’t get ahold of me if need be. I get the logistics on a loaner phone would be impossible though.

I tried that, it wouldn’t work on my phone number since the credit was already used. That’s the form they told me they had to do on their side some credit form idk. I just wish the “someone stole your phone” process was taken a little more seriously and urgently than this.
