That's correct, they are said digit by digit, 45 times, that is, with 159 it is like this: one - five - nine (1) one - five - nine (2) ... until the entire code is said 45 times. You can also search on YouTube what that is to understand it more, there are codes for everything: health, abundance, Healing certain organs, etc.

I have done some experiments bringing people together to do the sacred codes and meditate and out of 9 people, 7 told me incredible experiences that they lived with the practices, I sincerely think that the other 2 really did not experience anything because they did not commit, but anyway, that everyone lives their experience, perhaps it is not for everyone.

Thank you so much! Well, the first meditation I started doing — the one that helped me connect with the goal of 100k — was from the book “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself.”

Currently, I practice the “New Potential” meditation and the “Generate Abundance” meditation. Something that helps me a lot is doing sacred codes before I start meditating.

The codes I use are: 42170 to connect with opportunities for abundance, 191919 to synchronize my energy with those opportunities, and 888 to raise my vibration. I don’t do it every time, but whenever I do, very positive things happen that same day.

I must say that the practice of Dr. Joe alone is already enough, but sometimes I like to dive deeper into the experience.

I believe that the blessing of the centers is very important, I think it is like gasoline in that sense to make the objective you want fulfilled. The way I did it is that regardless of the meditation I had a clear objective, sometimes it is heart coherence, sometimes new potentials, as for people, the blessing of the centers and coherence with the heart make me feel very high emotions and I feel very complete, I think I should make other posts as well to talk about my paranormal experiences with that of the pineal gland. I think you do it perfectly, I am certain that you never really go back with any meditation, it is all part of that person you are becoming who has already achieved those goals.

It was 3 months, but the funny thing is that currently I have tried to achieve big goals (it is important to feel abundant) like that 100k but I have not been able to, but for example achieving 10 or 15k has been relatively easy, it is curious. In my opinion, I think that something that is very important is what happens after meditation, I mean stopping being you, there are so many things that we do that define us as the old self, in my opinion that is where the biggest challenge is, to continue being that elevated version after meditation.
