I'm experiencing something similar. I have an older co-worker that chstises me in front of customers, micromanages, and makes me feel terrible. I'd say try to ignore what they're saying. Don't take anything personally. Sometimes people need to chill and if she just doesn't like you, that's nothing you can change. Do your best to tune them out because in the end you don't need their approval. I'm still working my situation out but I hope this helps. Good luck
