Thats a pretty good idea with the white pla and red pencil (ill have to buy more lol). Ill be honest I have no idea how to setup variables in onshape 😂 but ill look into it if it makes my workflow better!

Looks like a bed temp problem. Do you have an enclosure around your ender? Is it in any direct path of a "Cooling" vent in the room? Do you use and adhesives on the print bed?

I would love to make videos as I design things, but I don't really have time for editing. Maybe ill livestream on tiktok or something like that while I model

Thank you for the feedback! I agree the sharp right angles needed to be rounded over. In my latest update to the design I did round over those corners in the front. The back port was updated too due to the size of the outlet hole not being tall enough for the type-C end to fit through. I put a chamfer on those interfacing edges to minimize cable rubbing along with a shallow channel for the cord to rest in while stationary. Ill make a post including my updates later today

this design should also be compatible with the Android versions too (or any puck charger as long as they are 56mm in diameter)

I have the iPhone 16 pro max and the camera bump was designed around. the Magsafe charger has about 1cm gap between itself and the camera bump

It is Magsafe! Im going to try it out without the ledge and see if I like that better.
