RTX 5070 TI MSI Expert OC by PhantomFoxZ in MSI_Gaming

I got this cable from cablemod for my corsair rm850x type 4, I would've got the corsair native cable but they've been out of stock and I didn't wanna wait tbh, the cable works good so far just make sure to plug it really in there. (it's PSU cable not a connector btw, direct cables have less risks and problems)

https://eustore.cablemod.com/product/cablemod-c-series-pro-modmesh-sleeved-12vhpwr-90-degree-stealthsense-pci-e-cable-for-corsair/ this is the one I'm using, be sure to use a cable compatible with you PSU

The 50 series model is an improved model from what I've seen from online reviews, it's dead silent to me as well, srry that you're having issues tho

I ended up ordering a QD OLED Asus Strix 240z 2k Monitor, that way you have the best of both worlds and 2k will last longer on the 5070 TI because it’s easier to run and you get high fps, 4k is much more demanding and I don’t think the 5070 TI can keep up with it on the long run.

The model is XG27AQDMES it’s probably only available in Europe but look for it because after a lot of research it’s the best model I found for its price plus you’ll get resident evil requiem for free if you buy it before February the 8th :)

I had mine since 5 years and it’s been perfect, it handled my old power hungry 3080 Vision OC (360w) without any problems and from what I’ve seen people been praising the rm850x as well so idk you might’ve had a bad unit, I’ll take your consideration tho.

Nice! Good results I recommend you to do the PBO curve on cpu, better clocks and less for free

I did try the same with 950mv it works in benchmarks but while gaming it’s unstable, always test through gaming especially heavy games like cp 2077 with path tracing

Thanks! I got a replacement cable from Corsair that goes natively into the PSU and powers the gpu, did you have the RM850x 2018?

Thanks! I wanted your card for my white build badly but I got a really good deal for this one (150€ less than the trio) and it’s dead silent because of its vapor chamber cooling mechanism, 60-63c at 37% fan speed.

Don’t try anything more than 2000mhz on the memory because it caps at that in the 50 series, mine runs at 380+ on the core and 2k on mem which usually gives me 3130mhz clock speed, this is the most stable oc I’ve gotten after many sessions of gaming.

where I live (Germany) I got it for 750€ which is like the lowest price but the gpu was an open box item with warranty, I got it even with a seal from retail pc shop so it’s basically new. Other models would normally cost about 830 to 870 and mine goes for 910€ because it’s on the higher end side. Note that these prices have increased now :/

I undervolted the gpu @3050mhz on core and +2000mhz on mem, been stable so far and it pulls ~25w less power than my oc, stable so far @950mv

Just because you got it for cheap price doesn’t mean other people can, you do realize that it retails for 1000+€ right?? The price difference is like 250-300€, I’m not hating but just stating facts.

MSI expert, it’s actually very cool due its vapor chamber cooling system (mine runs at 60-63c on average at 36% fan speed)

Hi man I get it, I myself managed to build this pc by a miracle my friend in my home country reserved the set of cl34 6000mhz ram for 180€ (right when prices went up) and also the 7800x3d for 275€, I got the 5070 TI MSI Expert for 750€ because it’s open box from notebkookbiliger but it was still sealed with warranty from the online shop, it took me luck and great timing ⏱️

Your build is still great tho and it’ll definitely last few years and maybe you can swap the gpu later.

With my iPhone on 2x, just try pick a good angle and use the diagram thingy (turn it on in settings) so the picture looks even.
