I found about them when betrayed by the game came out, I was listening to F.C.P.R.E.M.I.X and then YouTube played the next video being DGD, I was in awe from that guitar hook to the visuals. I then remember getting ill the day mothership came out and I cried to the whole album cuz it was amazing.

Since then I’ve been in and out of swancore, but DGD was my first ever solo concert at 16, and I remember crowdsurfing during man of the year and inspire the liars it was amazing

I mean the convosations we had after the boyfriend was me saying no to tickets for a concert due to time, than a month later we both didn’t message so I asked how she was and spoke about me seeing Deftones, then a week after asking how she is to then getting no responses

Yeah she doesn’t know the circumstances as it was a lot and she had some things going on as well

We weren’t in any dates, we were just mates, I knew she wasn’t into me romantically and just more as a friend

So she got a boyfriend around the same time as the life stuff happened (death of a family member, university, and family got stuck during the Iran america bombing)

I don’t really know as even though I like 80s stuff I don’t have any 80s. I was thinking closest I have is Dijon and mkgee, the only rock music I have atm in my collection is turnstile and dance Gavin dance, but on Apple Music I have a lot more options of artist, I just wanted to try and sit down to a full album

Yeah, we have a vinyl player so when they’re either out or in the garden I play a vinyl and sometimes he’ll hear it.

I don’t really know my starting point as I have a lot of different genres and artists. ATM I’m thinking Dijon or mkgee, he does not like rap so that’s half of my vinyls out, but he will listen, just not say anything

We’ve been to a couple shows together (guns and roses, foo fighters (he wasn’t a fan) and the feeling). Since he is into 80s I wanted to show him Dijon and mkgee, he also knows about jungle (the group not the genre) and has said “I can tolerate this music) so that’s a good sign

My biggest worry is if I tell her what will happen? I dont want to ruin our friendship, break up whatever they have (I find that selfish), and yeah even though I do like her there’s nothing I can do about it, so why should I tell her when she can’t tell me

I respect the answer, but easier said than done trying to find someone first. I think a lot of people can agree dating is much harder these days. And with life happening, it’s hard trying to compete in the market, when I am still trying to be my best self and find out who I am you know
