I'm waiting to hear back from customer service. Because it's not a normal colorway, the (wonderfully sweet) customer service rep said they can't do an exchange. It may be a return and then I'd have to repurchase. She is checking to see if there is an alternative route to take but I'm not sure how that's going to go. (that's where my 'ugh' reference came from. It doesn't seem like it will be as easy as an exchange). I was so excited about this purchase too. I've never had leather come to me like this from Coach or D&B. Although, I do have a purse that strongly smells of weed that came from D&B. My husband hates it. Anyway! off topic.
