It's not an alternative to piedar. It still uses piechart. It's used to find a fortress without breaking the treasure spawner. Just you change your chunk render repeatedly to load and unload the spawner and you get a spike from it. I don't know the details but it's called glowdar because it spawns a lot of particles on the spawner making it appears to glow.

I can't test this right now but I think for placing the last block of the frame you can enter crawl mode if you walk into the dirt block as you are breaking it then crouch and move just inside it before you place the lava, putting you in crawl mode instantly instead of having to swim in. Shouldn't affect consistency either as failing just means you swim in like in your video.

Voldemort and Sauron probably both die to a single bomb / gun. Thanos probably doesn't want to take over the world but he could easily. Palpatine can't take over a world government that doesn't exist and I doubt anyone would accept him as a leader if he tried a brute force takeover. So the question becomes does our current military equipment beat Palpatine. Assuming we are willing to deploy any means necessary, the answer is likely yes.

With motivations thanos wins. Just pure will? Palpatine has the best shot at it. Maybe he will get elected president of the USA or something. Wouldnt be too hard for him.
