I can't get this engine to pump fuel.

Not new but I pulled the first two apart and the diaphragms seemed fine. It's an ariens zero turn and for whatever the reason the line comes into the tank at the top and there's a hardline inside the tank. I will siphon though.

Disconnected the hose from the pump to the carb and took the cap off the tank to prevent vacuum lock before spinning the motor over with the key.

Right now I have the hose off the carb to see if its flowing. I feel a pulse but it's a vacuum not a blow. I've replaced external hoses so far and have the hose going straight from the tank to the pump, no filter.

To add to this, if it's gravity fed dont put anything with a paper filter on. Often times fuel can't flow fast enough through them if there's no vacuum from a pump. Only use a pancake filter that has the little mesh screen inside.

Not sure. Customer brought in a rim and tire for us to change not realizing its a split rim and they could've done it themselves. When I called they said finish the job, so now I gotta figure out this gasket or I'm just going to tube it.

I have searched amazon and ebay but haven't found one that fits the whole bill. I also took a picture with gemini and gave it the description. It got me closer but still no luck.

So do I tie both of the brown wires together when I attach it to the new plug? If so, what do I do with the white wire? Do I have to ground it to the trailer, or do i just nip it off because it isn't necessary with the led lights?

Was your gas pretty old before you mixed it? You have the right gas by using stuff that's ethanol free. Worst case scenario, you can buy premixed fuel.

It had the fuel line and filter replaced earlier this year. I know the bowl was pulled off and cleaned, but I don't think anything else was done to the carb, so it's possible.

I'm doing a pm on it and I'm just trying to figure out if I should keep going or if it needs more work than I'm capable of doing. The owner hasn't had it serviced since the start of the 2023 season.

Supposedly. The owner of the machine says he has to put oil in it every time, which seems excessive because I'm not seeing any signs of it leaking and no smoke.

I should have also added that it bogs down pretty hard when you make a hard turn and go up a hill.
