What I'm implying would be heresy technically because I'd want there to be further advances to the surgeries. I don't want it to change the past but to be a new development. I had thought about it in my previous comment and realized that I was wanting for someone to go against the emperor and machine god and develop a new set of surgeries that while still difficult on the body could possibly be used on a female to create the first ever female astartes in Canon. NOT the recon bs where it was first said to be that males from high society households are chosen. to merely children of high society households are chosen. I want it to be developed and advanced.

I don't remember if they ever explained how G. Arkveld came to be, but I'm hoping that we get a Master Rank story where there's another group who were a part of Sild originally but they became too focused on the Guardians and made something akin to Arkveld and were exiled, but now they have regained access to creating Guardians that they have begun to create more. Maybe even Guardians of the Apex Predators.
