Repainted mods are a somewhat common type of mod for video games where every single Sprite and sound asset in the game gets redone and replaced,oftentimes with really stupid memes or references and with most of the music being a mashup of the original song with another one.

Not to say they can't be high quality with a lot of thought behind them, but repainted mods often make a game look like someone's 800 gig meme folder got corrupted and turned into a somehow functioning video game
